Your New Hargray Bill
To ensure your transition to Hargray systems and billing is as simple and hassle-free as possible, we will automatically move you to the Hargray services that most closely resemble your current subscription. We will transition you to similar or, in most cases, better services for the same price that you pay today (excluding taxes, fees, and surcharges). Special bridge discounts will be displayed on your invoice to show adjustments to your rates1 and ensure that your current prices will not be impacted for the remainder of the year. In 2020, any bridge discounts you receive will be reduced or eliminated. Please note that we are not able to price-match any taxes, fees or surcharges, including the Broadcast TV Surcharge which will increase by just $0.38 (applies to TV customers only).
These changes will take effect with your first Hargray invoice, which we anticipate will occur in July as noted above. Your invoice date will remain the same, and payments are due on the 15th of the month. Payments can be remitted online, via mail, over the phone, at our local retail location, or via automatic debit from your bank account or credit card. Your bill will be delivered to you by the same method as your USA Communications bill. For example, if your USA Communications invoice was delivered electronically, you will continue to receive an electronic invoice from Hargray. However, your account number will change, as will remittance information. Any scheduled monthly payments arranged directly through your bank or credit card company will need to be updated.
