Autopay
Setting up autopay is the most convenient and reliable way to pay your Hargray bill. With autopay, your payment will be made safely and automatically - on time, every time. To set up or make changes to autopay, please contact our customer care team at 877-HARGRAY.
Hargray’s payment options will be changing in the coming weeks. We will continue to offer multiple convenient ways to pay your monthly bill, including online, Auto Pay, by phone, through the mail or in person at third-party MoneyGram bill pay centers.
Hargray will continue to accept payment via check, ACH, debit and credit, including Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Customers will no longer be able to make payments via American Express credit cards or PayPal. These changes will go into effect Aug. 1, 2024, for customers in Pell City, Alabama. For all other customers, changes will be effective Oct. 1, 2024.
If enrolled in Auto Pay, we encourage you to review your payment method and make any necessary updates to the card on file to avoid potential disruption of service. Pell City customers are asked to complete this by July 31, 2024; all other customers are asked to update their information by Sept. 30, 2024.
