If your Shoretel phone is displaying "No Service" (lights on the right and left will be orange), you can restore the phone by doing the following:
Press the mute button once
Press the # key
Press the center soft key which should be labeled CLEAR
In 3-5 minutes the orange lights on the left and the right will turn off indicating your phone has been restored
***Important*** This process should only be performed once on each phone.
