Hargray Update 10.19.16 Service Restoration Efforts Underway following Hurricane Matthew See More
As Hargray continues dedicated restoration efforts and normal operations, our thoughts and prayers are with the many families impacted by Hurricane Matthew. Today, our repair teams completed the installation of new equipment in Port Royal Plantation on Hilton Head Island, and all services should be restored by tomorrow morning.
HELPFUL TIP: If your Hargray services do not automatically return to normal status, please try resetting your modem or set-top box by powering the device off and disconnecting from the power source. Wait 30 seconds before plugging the device back in, powering back on, and allowing the system to reset. This process may take up to 2 minutes.
