What are the eligibility requirements of the Jump Start Program?
  • Requires annual Proof of Eligibility for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). Internet service is available to the residential address used for eligibility for the NSLP.
Where is the Student Program available?

The Student Program is available in areas currently served by Hargray and applies to the 30 Mbps Internet plan; additional discounts cannot be applied. Equipment and installation is included; taxes and fees are added to the monthly bill.

How long does it take to get residential service installed?

Our goal is to have service installed within three to five business days of your request. However, installation timeframes do vary, so please ask your Hargray representative for more details.

What are the benefits and costs of the wiring protection plan?

Hargray's Connected Home plan offers inside wiring maintenance and is available for $5.99 per month per line of service.
