Email Forwarding from Plantationcable.net or Kgldcable.com Email Account

Email Forwarding is available for any incoming email through March 21, 2022. You may set up email forwarding from your Plantation Cable or your Kingsland Cable email account to any other email address by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit MyAccount.PlantationCable.net or visit MyAccount.Kgldcable.com and log into your email account.  

Step 2: Click Settings in the left navigation bar.

Step 3: The Setting navigation will display. Click Mail Forwarding and the Change Mail Forwarding section will appear. 

Step 4: Enter the email address(es) in the Forward Recipients box that you would like to forward your emails to. 

Step 5: Select the Enabled button to change from grey to blue which enables forwarding email. 

Step 6: Click Save button. Keep local copy on if you want a local copy of email to stay in your account. You will receive the "Successfully updated" message in lower right corner of screen. 

Step 7: Emails will now forward to the forwarding email address.
