Find Me, Follow Me

This advanced redirection service can attempt to connect your callers by calling additional numbers that you have customized. For example, if someone calls you while you are at work, FMFM can route the call to your office number and then your wireless number. With FMFM, you can also personalize a schedule that redirects calls by day of the week, time of the call or individual calling. Therefore, on weekends, you can set FMFM to bypass your office number when people call and go directly to your mobile or home phone.

Voice Mail Online

Hargray offers a Web portal for a visual means of organizing your messaging services to meet your business’ needs. From this website, you can set your own parameters on your features, view your messages, prioritize your messages, manage your settings and manage your profile.

Receive Fax

You can customize your Voice Mail to receive a fax sent. This fax will have all of the details of the call, such as the calling party’s name, the number called from and the time/date information. View and print the fax while online.

Personalized Greetings

As a Hargray Advanced Messaging Service subscriber, you have the ability to personalize all of your messages to tailor your business’ needs. You can have callers hear what you want them to hear. For instance, on the same phone number, you can have your key customer hear a different personalized message than a vendor hears.

Future Delivery Reminder

You can record any message you want and set the future delivery reminder to call you or any phone number at a pre-arranged time and play your message. You can record up to five messages to be delivered in the future, up to 180 days in advance. For instance, you can use this as an alarm clock, to remind you of an important upcoming meeting, and even to remind you of your top customer’s important upcoming events.
