Hargray has served communities in the Southeast for more than 70 years and recently launched fiber-based services in Macon and Warner Robins. As we work to bring the best of Hargray and ComSouth together in one company, we will build on the qualities that have kept you a ComSouth customer and make significant upgrades to ensure you and your community have state-of-the art communications services. Because Hargray and ComSouth share the mind-set of ‘Neighbors serving neighbors’, we will maintain a strong local presence in your community, and the local ComSouth staff that works so hard to meet your needs will continue to do the same as Hargray colleagues.
Over the next year, Hargray will make substantial investments in ComSouth’s network and systems to enable next-generation products and services, including Gigabit Internet speeds (the fastest Internet speeds available), our wall to wall Wi-Fi product, our Stellar Digital Television viewing experience, telephone services featuring nationwide local calling and enhanced calling features, and advanced business services including advanced voice services and managed data services like off-site data backup and Microsoft 365.
Because these improvements will take some time to complete, you will not immediately experience any change to your existing services. We will send you detailed notifications explaining changes as and when they occur and will provide clear instructions on any steps you need to take to update your services and account. Until such time, you will continue to receive the same services and should continue to pay your bills as in the past. Thank you in advance for your patience as we work hard to improve your service experience. We will do everything we can to minimize any disruption to you during the process.

I am a ComSouth customer. Will my services change?
For now, your ComSouth services and billing will remain the same. Over the next 12 – 18 months, Hargray will make significant investments into ComSouth’s network and systems to support new products and services including access to Gigabit Internet speeds (the fastest Internet speeds available), Wall to Wall Wi-Fi, a stellar digital Television experience, and telephone services featuring nationwide local calling and enhanced calling features. Business customers will have access to advanced communications services including advanced voice and managed data solutions such as off-site data backup and Microsoft 365.
As new products and services become available, we will reach out to you to determine the products that best fit your needs.
Will my rates change?
Your current services and billing will remain the same as we make upgrades to the network and systems that will enable us to offer new products. Once upgrades are completed, you will be able to choose which Hargray services best meet your needs, including the fastest Internet speeds, Wall to Wall Wi-Fi, a stellar Television experience, and telephone service with unlimited nationwide calling.
Does Hargray carry all of the same channels as ComSouth?
Although we carry many of the same channels, there are differences. Hargray offers some channels that ComSouth does not and vice versa. We do not know the exact lineup that we will offer in the future, but we anticipate that channel lineup options offered by Hargray will remain largely the same. ComSouth’s current channel lineups can be found online, http://comsouth.net/services/cable-tv/, and Hargray’s residential line-ups are available online at http://www.hargray.com/home/digital-tv/channel-line-ups/.
Will I continue to receive a bill from ComSouth?
Yes, you will continue to receive a bill from ComSouth, and you should continue to pay the bill as you have always done. Once we complete network and billing upgrades, you will receive instructions regarding any payment changes, as well as information about new products available to you.
Can I continue to visit my local ComSouth store?
Yes! We are excited to continue the tradition of serving you with the same neighborly care you’ve come to expect from ComSouth. Retail locations and local customer care colleagues in Hawkinsville, Perry, Cochran, and Fort Valley will remain open as before and look forward to seeing you again soon.
What action, if any, do I need to take?
Thank you for your continued business, and welcome to the Hargray family. There is no action to take at this time. For now, please continue to enjoy the same services as before while we work to upgrade ComSouth’s network and systems so that we can offer new advanced services including 1 Gbps High Speed Internet, Wall to Wall Wi-Fi, a stellar Television experience, and home telephone services. As soon as these new packages and services become available, we will reach out to discuss which new services best suit your individual needs.
Will Hargray support the local community like ComSouth?
Hargray has served communities in the Southeast for more than 70 years, and we look forward to carrying this tradition forward with investments in communications infrastructure to fuel growth and economic prosperity in the middle Georgia. When will I be able to sign up for Hargray services?
